Meditation is a simple relaxing way to calm your mind, get in touch with your body and breath, and nurture healing from within. Follow the simple steps below for a Calming Meditation break in your day:

 

  1. Close your eyes
  2. Inhale and exhale slowly. As thoughts come, refocus on your breath.
  3. Practice this visualization: Breathe in light and clarity; breath out stress. Breathe in vitality; breath out fear and worry.
