Chelsey Jacobs

Born and raised in Anchorage, Chelsey spent her childhood in the great wilderness of Alaska, which helped foster an appreciation for nature and the delicate balance of life. After moving to Chicago in March of 2009, she continues to strive for this same mentality in the Windy City.

Chelsey's introduction to integrative medicine was personal. For most of her life, she has experienced the positive impact of integrative medicine first hand. Chelsey sees the benefits integrative medicine can bring to patients and how thankful people are for an alternative type of medicine. She has often observed patients with complicated medical issues who have not had success with more conventional approaches try holistic medicine as last resort. Through integrative interventions and treatments these people are then able to begin a healing process and live a full life again.

Chelsey received a BFA in photography and graphic design from the University of Alaska Anchorage. After working in many different job fields, Chelsey found her true calling as the lab manager for an integrative clinic in Anchorage. Chelsey moved to Chicago to work at the Raby Institute with a former Raby practitioner.

Chelsey has plans to go to graduate school to become a primary care provider in integrative medicine. Chelsey lives with her fiancé and her true companion: her dog, Dash.
