Erin Brewer, LPC, Psychotherapist 

Erin Brewer became a therapist out of a pure desire to help people find peace and enrich relationships in their lives. She practices a blend of therapeutic approaches, depending on which option best meets the needs of the individual patient. She primarily uses more traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindful acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and has a history of treating patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and stress. As a young person she volunteered and worked for many organizations focused on alleviating human suffering. She found her calling, however, when she was introduced to Naturopathic Medicine.
