doctor-patientAt the Raby Institute, we know the importance of staying connected and communicating with our patients. We also know how important it is that you have access to your healthcare provider and healthcare information. We're always looking for new ways to make these areas more accessible. Below are three examples of ways we're increasing your access and communication 24/7:

 

1). Our Patient Portal gives you access to your healthcare information on demand. It includes your lab results, provider comments, overview of visits, and your current billing statement. The Portal enables us to communicate with you at any time, in an easy and convenient way. If you have not registered for a Portal account, please call the office at (312) 276-1212, and any of our patient care coordinators can register you.

 

2). For emergency situations, our doctors can be reached 24/7 through our answering service. Calling the office number after hours will connect you with our answering service where you leave a message or speak directly with a customer care representative. For emergency situations, the answering service will call your doctor, who will get back to you promptly. And if your specific doctor isn't available, one of our other qualified Integrative Specialists will respond.

 

3). Sejal Gehani, NP, is our Nurse Practitioner at the Raby Institute. In addition to the Medical Doctors, Sejal is available weekly to ensure all of our patients have quick access to same day medical care when acute health concerns arise.
