This Hypnosis series is designed to help optimize your health. The personal experience of hypnosis is different from one individual to another. Some hypnotized individuals report feeling a sense of detachment or extreme relaxation during the hypnotic state while others feel that their actions seem to occur subconsciously. Other individuals may remain fully aware and able to carry out conversations while under hypnosis. Through these varied but impactful results of hypnosis many different therapeutic breakthroughs can be achieved.
Join us for this important 6 month series to help overcome and manage issues with anxiety and insomnia. Learn techniques to help manage and control your anxieties, stress & take control of your insomnia.
Our program begins Tuesday, July 12 and runs through December 6. The class is submittable to your insurance, copays and deductibles will apply. Each class will run for one hour via Zoom from 5-6pm, and the program is broken down featuring (but not limited to) these topics each week:
- July 12 and 19: Anxiety, Stress, and Insomnia
- August 2 and 9: Hypnosis for Memory Changes & Fatigue
September 13 and 20: Hypnosis for Fatigue & Depression
October 4 and 11: Hypnosis for Weight Loss & Negative Habits & IBS
November 8 and 15: Hypnosis for Chronic Pain
December 1 and 6: Hypnosis for PTSD & Trauma & Stress
