Melissa joins the Raby Institute with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare settings. From surgery scheduling to practice management, she has seen many sides of healthcare.
Melissa has her own history of being a patient and acting as an advocate for herself, friends, and family. Those experiences have shown her what it’s like to be on the other side of the patient experience. “I love working with patients, and being a patient myself has given me an entirely different perspective on the patient experience. I truly believe in treating others as I would want myself or my family to be treated.”
The Raby Institute appeals to Melissa because she likes the concept of discovering the roots of our ailments and treating the whole body rather than simply using medications as a band aid.
Now, one of Melissa’s main goals at the Raby Institute is to keep everyone- practitioners and patients- well informed on all things billing. “I enjoy working with patients throughout their whole experience here as a patient. I will help in any way that I can so that your health can be your focus and top priority.”
In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling, photography, spending time outdoors, and visiting with her family.
