The Raby Institute for Integrative Medicine, we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality integrative health services. In order to achieve this standard, we have a skilled team of integrative primary care physicians, practitioners, and office staff to help assist you on your path to optimal health and wellbeing. We want to empower our patients to actively participate in promoting their own wellness with knowledge, hope, and support. A key to being successful is to keep a strong line of communication open with our patients.


Our customer service representatives are available during business hours to assist and answer patient inquiries. We have also developed the following communication resources to make your experience the best it can be.


  • Our online patient portal allows our patients to view lab result, doctor’s recommendations, review visit notes, receive communication from the office, and check future appointments.

  • Our highly trained medical assistants assist physicians in calling back patients on questions, lab results and other procedural items. (The doctor reviews each inquiry and decides the best and most efficient forms of communication for the patient.)

  • An after-hours answering service to leave messages or have practitioners paged for urgent situations.
