Health Tips: Drink More Water!

It's no secret that water is good for you! In fact, it is essential to the healthy functioning of your body and affects everything from your mood to the clarity of your skin. If you are still not drinking enough water, here are nine tips to help you just add water!


  1. Make it a morning ritual
  2. Add some lemon (or cucumber!)
  3. Drink water until your urine is clear
  4. Think of how pretty you'll look and how healthy you'll feel
  5. Drink warm or hot water (add lemon if you want to)
  6. When you have a Munchie attack, drink a glass of water before you snack
  7. Take baby steps- gradually increase your water intake until you are drinking half of your weight in ounces of water daily. For example, 100 pounds = 50 ounces of water per day.
  8. Be cheap! Order FREE tap water at restaurants instead of sugary beverages
  9. Always have a full glass of water near you when you are working
