Our new Integrative Aesthetics program offers patients the latest in safe, effective, FDA-approved laser technology. We're among the first in the Midwest to offer these highly advanced services for tattoo and skin spot removal, as well as fat reduction and skin tightening. These non-invasive laser treatments provide cosmetic evolutions in as little as 15 minutes, and typically patients recover within a day.

By removing unwanted tattoos or skin spots with PicoSure and reducing fine lines and wrinkles, patients are able to let go of their pasts and move forward with confidence. SculpSure focuses on reducing fat from the abdomen, arms, back, and legs, as well as tightening the skin. Additionally, services work in conjunction with our weight loss and detox protocols, helping patients to prepare their body for re-build itself. These specialized programs include the transformation diet, HCG program, and a functional medicine approach to finding a healthy weight through anti-inflammatory or ketogenic diets.

Leading up to treatment, please note:

Read our Integrative Aesthetics precaution checklist.

  • No sun exposure, tanning beds, or sunless tanning cream for four weeks prior to treatment. Sun exposure decreases the effectiveness of the laser treatment and can increase the chance of post-treatment complications.
  • Use a broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Apply to the treated area every two hours when exposed to the sun, and make this a part of your regular skin care routine.
  • Remove all makeup, creams, or oils prior to treatment.

Tattoo Removal

Tattoo removal before and after

Tattoo removal before (left) and after (right). Three sessions at about 15 minutes each.

About 20% of people regret getting a tattoo, but with advances in tattoo removal techniques, more people than ever are saying bye to bad ink. Whether their motivation is employment concerns, style preference, or a memory they'd like to forget, painless and easy tattoo removal is a great option.

At the Raby Institute, we use FDA-approved laser technology called PicoSure for tattoo removal. In 15 minutes, the laser provides ultra-short pulses (one trillionth of a second in length) that hit the ink with a pressure so great, the ink shatters into tiny dust-like particles. Because the particles are small, the body more readily absorbs and eliminates them. This can mean better clearance and less treatments overall. Read more about tattoo removal at the Raby Institute.

Skin Rejuvenation

Using the PicoSure laser, we focus on what you identify as your problem areas--everything from brown spots and sun damage to pigmented lesions and acne scars. Instead of using intense heat energy to remove pigment, this gentler treatment results in significantly less pain and skin redness, with no downtime.

This quick and easy non-surgical, non-invasive laser skin treatment can treat many areas of the body, including chest or décolleté, face, hands, legs, and more. Read more about skin rejuvenation at the Raby Institute.

Body Sculpting

Fat reduction and skin tightening before (left) and after (right). Two sessions, at about 25 minutes each.

Even with diet and exercise, most people have stubborn pockets of fat that seem impossible to lose. At the Raby Institute, we use the FDA-approved SculpSure to target and destroy fat cells in just 25 minutes, without affecting the skin’s surface.

Over time, the body absorbs and removes the damaged cells, with results seen as quickly as six weeks, and optimal results typically seen at 12 weeks. There is no recovery time following treatment, so you can resume your daily activities immediately. Read more about body sculpting at the Raby Institute.

Mona Lisa Touch for Vaginal Health

woman in desert

Millions of women across the United States suffer from vaginal pain and dryness, also known as atrophy. Vaginal atrophy happens as the result of hormonal changes that take place with menopause. Those changes can lead to painful thinning, drying, and inflammation of the vaginal walls. This makes intercourse painful and can also cause urination issues.

But with the FDA's approval this past December, a new, non-hormonal treatment is available to combat vaginal atrophy--and we're happy to now offer it at the Raby Institute. The Mona Lisa Touch uses CO2 laser energy to promote vaginal wall health by stimulating collagen.
