master controller of our bodies, and contributes greatly to our personalities, moods, and
behaviors. A healthy brain is essential for a happy, productive, healthy body and life.
We or someone we know has faced Covid Long Haul Syndrome, Brain Fog, Memory Loss,
Menopause, MS, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Anxiety, Insomnia, Sleep Apnea, Fatigue, etc….

Join Dr. Chavez & Dr. Raby in our 3-part Zoom video series to learn more about this fascinating, delicate organ. This discussion will delve deeply into diet, behaviors, and influences that support and, hurt our brains. Learn what you can do today to support your precious brain. 

Our program begins Tuesday, July 6 and runs through Wednesday, July 20, 2022. The class is submittable to your insurance, copays and deductibles will apply. Each class will run for one hour via Zoom from 5-6pm, and the program is broken down featuring (but not limited to) these topics each week:

  • July 6: Overview and Diet 
  • July 13: Life-style, Sleep, Exercise, Socializing, Stimulation, Stress Interpretation 
  • July 20: Toxins, Infections, Drugs, Injuries, and Genetics
