Wednesdays May 24th & 31st via Zoom from 5-6pm

Are you having menopausal symptoms? Have you stopped menstruating or have your periods become irregular? If you are curious about how to optimize your health as you get closer to menopause, please join us for this two part class series via Zoom video. 

We will talk in detail about what happens to your body during menopause. Sex hormones, adrenal hormones and neurotransmitters are all affected by menopause. The symptoms that can occur with these changes include sleep disturbances, mood changes, hot flashes, belly fat, bone loss, reduced sex drive, pain with sex, and urinary incontinence.

We will also discuss interventions & treatments you can take to prevent or reduce these symptoms, leveraging such areas as diet, lifestyle, nutrients, acupuncture, essential oils, and hormone replacement therapy.
